Willis McCrickard, CCIM
SENIOR ASsociate
Willis joined Excelsior Capital in November 2020, where he is responsible for the asset management of Excelsior’s portfolio as well as assisting with the acquisitions and investor relations processes. Willis has a background in leasing with prior experience on the Landlord Representation team at Foundry Commercial and the Tenant Representation team at TenantBase Inc. Willis joins Excelsior Capital with a background in Office and Flex/Industrial assets. Over the course of Willis’ career, he has assisted in the execution of over $10 million in lease transactions for both tenants and landlords throughout the state of Tennessee.
Willis is a graduate of the University of the South: Sewanee and holds his CCIM Designation.
