Wellesley Retail is a 19,827 square foot, multi-tenant trophy retail asset located in College Park, one of Orlando’s most prominent submarkets. The building, constructed in 2007, is 100% occupied and anchored by three tenants: Suntrust, Armando’s Restaurant and AT&T. The portfolio was acquired by Excelsior in December 2021.
