Jarrod Arnold, CPA
Principal, Operations
Jarrod joined Excelsior as Financial Controller in June 2019 after spending five years in Public Accounting. He was promoted to COO in October 2021 and became partner in January 2024. He is involved in day to day matters of the GP such as Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Investor Relations. In addition, he is the host of the Ever Upward podcast speaking about his passions with experts in their field.
Prior to joining the company, Jarrod was a Tax Manager at KraftCPAs in Nashville, TN focusing on medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries. He was also the Finance Director for the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure of Middle Tennessee from 2017 to 2019. Jarrod began his career at BDO in a similar capacity and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee. He received both his B.S. and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.
