Brian C. Adams is the President and founder of Excelsior Capital, where he spearheads the investor relations and capital markets arms of the firm. He has 10 years of experience in real estate private equity. Prior to forming Excelsior Capital, Brian co-founded Priam Properties (an institutional real estate private equity sponsor) in 2010 and provided leadership and direction for the firm in connection with capital markets, investment management and investor relations.
Nick Parrish is a Partner and Managing Director for Cresset Partners. Nick focuses on building and developing partnerships with family offices and institutions around private equity, credit and real estate investments. He also has responsibility for setting the overall distribution strategy for investment products and strategies executed or managed by Cresset Partners. Most recently he has helped to lead the firm’s efforts to build a $500 million Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund in partnership with Diversified Real Estate capital. Nick is also a member of the Cresset Partners Investment Committee.
Dominic DeRose is a Director of Investments at Cresset Diversified Partners, focused on Qualified Opportunity Zones and Industrial and Logistics. Dominic’s experience is comprised of the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics developments from site selection through the leasing process and disposition.
Prior to Cresset Partners, Dominic was in brokerage at Colliers International where he worked with occupiers, investors and developers across the Midwest, actively participating in over $400 million in transaction volume across acquisitions, leasing and dispositions. Dominic’s relationships with these groups allows for Cresset Diversified to have a unique window into markets and user and developer decision processes.
