Metropolitan Business Park is a fully occupied, industrial/showroom portfolio located in the bustling Dallas-Fort Worth MSA. The building was originally constructed in 1972 but has been renovated in recent years, including a new roof in 2014. The asset was acquired by Excelsior in August 2022.
