Corporate Ridge II is a 118,056 square foot office building located within the Corporate Ridge Office Park in the broader South Johnson County submarket (the largest office submarket in the Kansas City MSA). Originally constructed in 2008, the building was acquired by Excelsior in June 2020 and is the sister asset to Corporate Ridge I (acquired in June 2019).
