Greg White

Executive Vice President, Asset Management

Greg White, Executive Vice President of Asset Management, has over 30 years of working experience in a variety of economic cycles, client types and commercial real estate products. Prior to Excelsior, he directly oversaw a commercial office portfolio and provided leadership for executing the Ownerships’ strategy with Cushman and Wakefield, located in Nashville Tennessee. He was responsible for all aspects of property management, financial reporting that focused on value creation for two third-party investors.

Prior to Nashville, Greg was Vice President for COPT Commercial Property Management Services, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), over a 10 year period. He had direct oversight of a portfolio in excess of 4.2 million square feet of Class A office buildings in northern Virginia, College Park, MD, Washington D.C. and southern Maryland. This included onboarding new markets in Huntsville, AL. and Richmond, VA. Responsibilities included financial oversight of $50 million in NOI and leadership of 38 team members supporting asset, construction and property management services in a 40-building portfolio. His combined tenure of 20 years with COPT also included positions as Regional Director and Senior Property Manager.

He has held leadership positions and performed portfolio management for Cushman & Wakefield of Virginia, Jones Lang LaSalle and started his career in 1987 with Charles E. Smith Companies, all located in the Washington, DC market.

Greg earned his Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from Arkansas State University. He is a member of Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) in Nashville, NAIOP in Northern Virginia, and a former board member of Apartment & Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA).
